I thought I had seen most Australian magazines but purchased these the other day Victorian c 1937/38 and already it appears into volume 12/13!

These are very rare, Donington's Auctions in Melbourne recently had a lot of 43 copies which sold for over $700. I was the underbidder. I think they started around the late teens. Great find.

as it turns out I actually have the complete set on microfiche I had forgotten what real copies looked like!

On the microfiche, do you have any editions from 1930 - 1934? I am reseraching the Buckingham Motor Car built in Footscray and am looking for any information from thr motoring press of the day. Scott.

Just an update on these magazines. The State Library Victoria has a complete set on microfilm. These can be ordered and viewed at the library.

I know I suggested/requested they get them copied 20 plus years ago as it was the only complete set in Australia and they did and sent me a free set of microfilms unfortunately if it was done later it would computer scanned and then searchable !
