Heel toe blip

I am looking for a particular article titled "Heel, Toe,....Blip". written in the 60's in a sports car mag. I remember it was an author of some renown and i think it was in Road & Track. Any help out there? Thanks

Its probably likely Road & Track did it in 1960s but other as well - I have not found 1960s article (As I documented Wellington National Libraries collection there are gaps in theirs from 1964-2000) but in Road & Track in 1998
HEEL & TOE What is that? says 1999 Corvette owner under Technical Correspondence - what is it - Ed gives comprehensive answer there are no photos of illustrations (that would help Ed been Tom Wilson) See December 1998 Page 208 & 210 Volume 50 #4

Also in 1950s it was clear it was topic covered in British magazines Heel & toe was covered in follow up letter 17th Aug 1951 The Autocar (GB) Page 982 Volume 96 Issue # 2907 written by Terry Linacre; Waterloo; Liverpool; letter #63564

I have documented a lot of articles of drives safely and speed over the years - and look under under related topics and see what else I can find from my database
