Bill Tuckey (1936-2016)

I just happened to spot an article on the Wheels magazine (Australia) website about the passing of Bill Tuckey.

Tuckey was a motoring journalist for and editor of many Australian automotive magazines, and author of various books and annuals.

He was the creator of the character Romsey Quints who anyone who has read Australian car magazines from years ago would be familiar with, and he also introduced the Car of the Year awards to Wheels magazine.
