Notification: Update to how issue dates are recorded

As I’ve been adding issues myself, I’ve realised that the way of entering issue dates wasn’t always appropriate for all types of issues.

Today I’ve improved (hopefully) the way issue dates are entered.

Now you can select whether the issue is monthly, weekly, quarterly, seasonally, weekly, etc and then you can enter the relevant details for that type.

For bimonthly and quarterly issues you can now enter the start and end months and years, eg. January to February 1990 or November 1993 to January 1994.

For seasonal issues you can choose the season and year.

For all other types you can enter the year, month and day as appropriate.

I hope this change helps create a more accurate and informative catalogue.

Note that this does not affect any issue data. They can be left as is, or updated if you notice that they could be improved with the new data fields.
