COVER: Some guys are just dying to get their car on the cover of Hot Rod. But for Bill Jenkins it? was just another "Grumpy" day when photographer Jim McGuire met him at Pennsylvania's Maple Grove Dragway to shoot this month's cover photo. Jenkins obligingly pulled a couple of wheelies, took a look at his watch, shook his head and split for home.
